      The movie opens with some cars doing some street racing and eventually we see Cheyne and Brittney exchanging words - Brittney wishes him good luck by telling him "You better win, I don't fuck losers. We then see them pull up to the line and see them race, and of course Cheyne wins. Once they get back to the starting line they park their cars and Brittney him she let him win, then they make their way into the back of a van.

      After the sex we catch up with Barrett and Eric getting some grub and arguing, then get a call about some street racing. Once they get to the scene everyone except Cheyne and Brittany are gone. Evidently Cheyne and Barrett have a past so Barrett shakes him down for some info and makes Cheyne promise he will call him (Barrett) tomorrow with some info.
After that we see Lee and Jesse in a car as Lee gets ready to make a business transaction with Tyce. As Jesse stays in the car Lee heads over to do the transaction and it seems Lee is skimping on Tyce so he shoots Lee in the head. Jesse sees this and freaks out, hopping over into the driver seat and taking off as Tyce and his thugs shoot at her.
Getting back to Barrett and Eric, we see them at the precinct as Asia (their lieutenant) makes them fill out a report on what the got from Cheyne and the illegal street racing thing. Just then a guy comes over and tells them of a murder. Eric heads of to check out the details as Barrett stays back and tidies up his desk and finishes up the paperwork. Cutting away we see Tyce on the phone talking to some one as Lea messages his feet. One of Tyce's thugs come in and tell Tyce they know where Jesse is and he orders her dead, then as the guy walks off Lea drops to her knees.

      Cutting away we see Eric over at Jesse's place, trying to get some info about what the guys that killed her boyfriend. Well she finally conveys to Eric that she's too shook up and needs some rest, so he leaves, but calls in a uniformed officer to cover hr door. Soon we see Jesse sleeping and see her dreams about "the good times" with Lee.

      We then see Jesse wake up in haste as some noises startle her. She quickly throws on her close and makes an escape, going through the fire escape and taking off on her motor cycle. Getting back to Barrett and Eric, we see Eric walking into the scene and he begins telling Barrett what's going on with Jesse. Then Eric gets a call from Jesse and she tells him what's going on and they pick a spot to meet - s it is it's a hotel. Once there they get a room and Eric heads off to get a change of close as Barrett stays behind to protect Jesse. It doesn't take long and the two are passed out. Daylight comes around and Eric shows up with some doughnuts, telling Barrett he needs to go get freshened up and he'll stay with Jesse - Barrett heads out. We then see Barrett checking up on his informant from the night before (Cheyne), then we cut back to Eric and Jesse. Eric is on the phone with his wife who is pissed he's all alone with Jesse. He tied to work it out with her, but it's a no go and soon he's spilling his problems onto Jesse. She gets interested in helping him in a bad way and tells him to tell her he loves her. Of course he finally does and then she has him kiss her as well, which of course leads on to some fucking...

      Cutting away we Barrett catching up with his informant and getting the info he needed from him, then he heads back to the hotel, catching Eric and Jesse napping after their little romp. They argue over how bad Eric fucked up and decide to take Jesse on their stake out - checking out the informants info. It checks out fine, but then Jesse notice one of the thugs and alerts them to the fact, which changes the dynamics of things. The follow the mark to a garage and then one the mark is inside the two play Commandos, get armed and head inside to take on the bad guys with no backup. Just as a fire fight breaks out Jesse shows up after being told to stay in the truck. She ends up getting kidnapped by Tyce, laving the guys up a shit creek.
Back at the station Asia reams their asses for fucking up REAL good this time and suspends them for it. Well this doesn't sit well with Eric or Barrett so as Eric goes and rounds up the guns, ammo and other gear Barrett goes in to try to sweet talk the lieutenant. He begins into his spiel and apparently Asia is turned on by it, grabbing him and starts kissing him.
